Granite cliffs-Yosemite National Park

Yosemite is the grandest of all the special temples of nature - a statement by John Muir- is absolutely right.
Our trip to Yosemite National park in California on 4th,5th,6th November 2011, took us to one of the great places of interest.

I have taken inumerable pictures of Yosemite landscape.   Here are some pictures .

                                     Comfortable driving !!

                                                         Evergreen trees on both sides

John Muir has written  " Everything is flowing".    " Going somewhere, animals and so-called lifeless rocks as well as water ".

Halt for petrol !! (for us humans!!)

Merced River flows peacefully through Valley

Spend time in the valley, you will experience change.

Pl also see flying plane !!

It may be in the weather conditions, or flow of water falls, you would experience nature undergoing constant transformation here , so also your layers of warm clothes !!

I could not stop clicking pictures as many as possible !! If you are bored , take rest for a while !!!

  Thanks to marvalous roads.

The cliffs, waterfalls, and beauty of this valley inspire people around the world.

Looks so near, but too far for humans to touch !!

"Yosemite to me is always a sunrise, a glitter of green and golden wonder in a vast edifice of stone and space"  - Ansel Adams, photographer.

Experience change, and the handiwork of both nature and man !!

Thanks to the administration and the people of America for the wonderful effforts in preservation and maintainance of the natural resources for the benefit of all people of the world.
